@mariakatriina massive budgeting reworks since Anna’s being laid off. So far the entire day has been yelling at cigna. anna told the phone person that she wasn’t mad at her, but I’m all “she’s working for an evil company in an evil industry that shouldn’t exist and her entire job as well as theirs is to keep people from getting health care. i’ve walked off less sketchy jobs when i was couch-surfing away from homelessness. she’s a bad person and she should feel bad.”
