Four-points restraints are supposed to be a last resort & only to be used briefly but the #racist staff at this Illinois #penitentiary left inmates in them for days, sometimes leaving scars the inmates dubbed “The Thomson tattoo”. THEN the new warden tried to address the abuse & got a letter from inmates warning him the guards were trying to bribe them to attack him. #OverseerOfficer#abuse#whitesupremacy
