Sorry haven't been here for the last couple of days, metafilter has a custom of taking turns of doing fresh first page posts (FPP) of ongoing events (since each FPP only stays active for 30 days for commenting), so I took up the turn to do the current one for the 2023 Gaza siege, since I had been collecting news and related pieces on the situation anyway.
