What travelers insurance would you recommend for a three month US visit?
I have guests visiting, and I'd like to recommend a good insurance plan to them: I tried Visitors Coverage last time, and was not very impressed. Some local doctors offices we called didn't accept the insurance when they got sick: fortunately it turned out ok.
