@volpeon@__Styx__ supporting multiple channels per user is the main reason behind #Telegram's recent boom as a social media platform and i think would work really well for the fediverse too
we already have something vaguely like that with mastodon "subscribe to the selected post languages"; i feel it would be a great idea to expand that to custom user-defined categories!
