@isposdef I keep seeing papers and/or books that I want to download that are hosted on there, but I can't make an account because I'm not a real academic (don't have an institutional email, never had nonfiction published), then I did some snooping and apparently a looot of them are uploaded without the author's consent anyway.

It's some weird shit
