Yeah you can, it will make all new posts that this instance knows and that used that hastag appear on your home timeline!

Hashtags? I follow #mlp, #mylittepony, #PonyMusic, #linux (that one i only recommend you're interesting in the thing obviously :twilightsheepish: ), #cuteposting (if you want some anime cuteness (usually waifus and things like that :twilightblush: )) and others like that, if you like plants you can follow @plants (a group tool that will boost every post mentioning it, people mention it on their plant related posts you can find out more bout a.gup.pe in their website) or the #plants too
