A word of explanation: I'm a trail captain (volunteer) for Carlsbad. We walk our assigned trails monthly to gather data for the city. My trails have been highly neglected over the last couple of years.
@Pineywoozle I’m not sure. Obviously this is when we get our most extreme weather of the year, but the problem is more than that. I suspect budget is an issue, but with all the volunteers that could be worked around.
We have a meeting next week and I’ll bring it up. 😬
