Just couldn’t get up early to exercise today, I was kind of awake but too weirded out by a very disturbing dream I had. I’m up and in the bath but I still feel sleepy. Where is my get up and go? (Don’t say it’s got up and gone!) Anyone feeling Tuesday more? Tell me your plans

Dull day here. I'm off to £#TaiChi and #quigung while Mrs Mike is at the gym.
Nothing specific planned for the rest of the day (which is good as we're both tired)
@MikeFromLFE I have training every afternoon this week, I now feel stupid for signing up for so much. Trying to keep it low-key in the mornings as I have to focus so hard in the afternoons

Well I am just getting up in the morning and finding out that I am still sick. The coughing is starting to produce results though and I am going to try running for some adrenaline and see if that helps.
