If you get any mention-spam, please report it!!!!
It looks like these spammers are using bots to create new accounts on open-registration instances.
They then mention accounts, and spam them.
If you get one, then surely others are too.
Please check your mentions, and report any spam, so that we can deal with them and Limit or Block the source servers.
