If what I just heard about how much the rent is for the unit next to me is true I have the suspicion our rent is about to go up yet again. And to keep up it will have effectively trippled in the 3 years we've lived here. Keep in mind we live in a heavily rural area and still rent is going nuts because landlords are greedy shits.
