Well this works for me, because if I download a movie I'm certainly not going to be producing exact copies or near exact copies of content and posting it for commercial gain.

I guess all those MPAA/RIAA lawsuits about unauthorized duplication and distribution were bullshit as well. Maybe Daniel Jeffries will help those who got sued get their money back.
