Amazing what you can do with a very cheap chinese webcam (stripped) that can do rtsp, a waterproof box, and ffmpeg running on a NAS.
And a free twitch account to handle the viewers bandwidth.
Sadly the setup details left the internet when I removed my birdsite account.
The sign that they will be leaving the nest pretty soon: they start flying up to the entrance of the nestbox and sit there looking out (not yet leaving)
While the rescue operation by the parents is still underway, here are some nest/box pics

Good news: with a lot of feeding by the parents, and some help (I put it as high as possible in the tree next to the wall), the last one left the garden and joined its brothers and sisters.
Nestbox stream status: signal is unstable due to low wifi signal, even if the other nextbox cam further away runs fine.
Some power cycles didn't help, will try to come up with some solution
