The change doesn't matter for this transaction, we're now talking $70 gross. Which means they've made a net profit of whatever the markup is, could be 5% if groceries, 100-250% for clothing, or even more for intangibles, it's basically a normal business transaction and the dumb bitches who wrote this question just didn't give enough info.
