@gloriouseggroll DUDE. SCaLE almost turned into “the Mac N’ Cheese eating spree” for me! So, how was this? Good enough to share the recipe?

@killyourfm its pretty damn good/close for a first try. I think it needs some slight tweaking, maybe a bit more garlic and re-balance the cheeses just a tad. its a tiny bit heavy on the gruyere + provolone side.

@Wyatt @killyourfm its got provolone, fontina, gruyere, and white cheddar + ham, leeks, garlic. i tried to recreate the 'four cheese sexy mac' from plate 38 in pasadena 🤤
