@KaraLG84 We are required to have one annual meeting before the end of June.
It's a new building, only 2 years old, so we still have things to discuss. In the future, they may be very short. All we would need is to decide who's the building manager and board members every 2 years, and agree on the budget. There's also only 6 units and 9-10 people, so it's not very complicated.
Since I'm doing the accounting, I like people to approve the books and budget every year though.
