That pretty much spells out a perversion that is built right into the religion. Bishops and church officials usually have the power to do stuff like this to young people in their stakes (churches). Stories erupt from time to time. I hope they've cleaned up the marriage rites...they were sexually intrusive.
I guess I can really pick 'em. I lived in Mesquite for 10 years (Gold Butte/Bundy Ranch), and had a place in Heber 10 years prior.
