@alex Yeah, I remember when my son was born and they had to correct the certificate because he was born nearly on the switch. And the whole year before there was talk about getting rid of summer time, so we were thinking this will be a good story for him later on.
Turns out the whole issue stalled. It's 5 years later and we are still switching to summer time.
