DEI was never about accepting unqualified Black & brown people. It was always about ensuring qualified Black & brown people also had a fair shot at acceptance despite systemic racism.

The “Didn't Earn It” you’re thinking of are legacy acceptance—like how Kavanaugh got into Yale.

Kavanaugh lived in my building late 1990s early 2000’s (West Hollywood).

Yup. He was a drunk. And belligerent.

So one day I’m out by the pool, like more than twenty years ago, with this attorney - he calls him “Judge” (he had a courtroom in West LA - I think this POS was instrumental in all the anti-Clinton stuff).

And he says “you watch. Someday he’ll be on the Supreme Court.”

Rigged system, full of assholes.
