jon, T&E, Allrail, Trainline, Flixtrain, Regiojet etc. have written to the European Commission demanding a reduction in track access charges - especially for cross border and night trains
What impact would this have?
For passengers and modal shift, pretty much none I reckon - especially short term, but it would help operators' balance sheets
