@thehomespundays I was lucky to find something geographically local, in a company that is cool with working from home but wanted to hire local folk so that we can be brought together for events, etc.
Narrowing the playing field was the key for me, I don't think I would have been able to compete with say, all of Europe chasing the same remote jobs.
