Well today my tummy reacted to the reintroduction of legumes. I am glad I followed the diet and did not add other things because now I know. But to be fair I only experienced a slight improvement on the diet.
Next will be non gluten grains like corn, oats, quinoa. But one more day of whole foods before doing that.

@Adventurer Someone was saying recently that they thought that they were gluten intolerant, but it turned out that they were sensitive to FODMAPs. Thank you. I think that is my next step. I am going to finish this one. I am sort of sad if it is effective, lol. There are so many things on the list that I love.

@Adventurer You just have to take up fermentation then, and render any food safe from FODMAPs!
