Yep, looks like we have the hat trick, that being the rubbish truck leaving without collecting our stuff. That is three different collections, three days in row. This calls for a visit to them in town I think. If they are not going to actually collect rubbish, eventually the pavement will end up blocked.
On the plus side, I now have more bags for paper/cans/etc, as they could not say when they will re-collect the full ones.
@ahnlak Yes, but we are not on the main road collection schedule. They drove in to, and collected all the bins from, the side road which is the same collection schedule as us. They definitely "missed" us. There days running.
