(they do nothing; the PDN impedance through these things for high frequency currents is way higher than the traces, and ohmic losses are compensated for by load line calibration anyway)
checked the card before powering it on since you never know when an eBay seller is trying to pull a fast one. 12V0 rails on both connectors are good, show open circuit to ground. checked PEX12V, PEX3V3, and PEX3V3AUX and they're all OL too. good to go!
PCIe bracket is a bit bent and I can see some potential evidence of the heatsink being refitted with new thermal pads (but could just be slightly poor factory fit) so I wanted to make extra sure it was ok before it even saw a computer.
