i didn't use Aquaphor last night. used the body cream i've used for over a decade.

why?

🗣 IT'S HAS THE MOST GLYCERIN OF OTC BODY CREAMS, MAKING IT ONE OF THE LEAST ALLERGENIC

seriously, my boob was a dark maroon yesterday. i slathered that ish last night instead of the lanolin nightmare.

redness gone.
raised temp gone.
swelling gone.
sweatiness gone.

in less than 10 hours, all that was wrong with my atomic boob was gone.

so here's some hints:

1. LANOLIN = by-product of shearing sheep. if you get itchy when wearing wool, you're allergic to it.

2. GLYCERIN = by-product of fat rendering from vegetables & fruits or when turning veggie oils to soap (as in olive oil to Castille soap). it's the perfect natural moisturizer: it attracts & traps humidity as it also dissolves & spreads more easily with water. it's rarely allergenic. the best creams have it as their 2nd or 3rd ingredient. /🧵
