Criminy. I find I'm always in the position of making people feel good about their "beliefs" but always finding they're full of shit. A friend waxed poetic about how upset is he is about the state of the world and I gave him three specific actions he could take to change things. He says he can't. STFU already.
The same person who moaned about the state of the world but wouldn't accept any of my ideas for actions he could effect to change things is the same person who, again and again spoke to me about making him a new portfolio for his modeling portfolio. I did but he complained this binding needed to be different. When I brought it up last night he said he doesn't want it anymore. All that work for nothing.
