A non-exhaustive list of ways that workers have structural control over decision-making: worker or solidarity coops, employee ownership, unions, worker seat(s) on the board.
@evan Okay, what I mean is, who is not a worker? Presumably the CEO and board members are not workers, the external shareholders are not workers. What about senior leadership? Or the executive staff? Are managers also workers?
