@Mair first off, they need more support from the public. secondly, they need to actually add more equality laws that benefit those part of the LGBTQ. They should be at the level of Canada in terms of LGBTQ equality.
@asahi_95@Mair from what I've seen from my outsider perspective, LDP seems to have an extremely lukewarm take on the entire topic, it reminds me of how European liberal-conservative parties always state how they support the queer folk however they can, but when it comes to passing actual laws they will only pass the bare minimum that they could draft as a bill
@endali@Mair That's what is starting to make me dislike this country. The more they're lazy to pass these kinds of laws, the more pressured I'm willing to leave. If Japan doesn't do anything or progress in this topic, I'm fleeing.
I'm kinda starting to express disappointment at Kishida and his party.
