@ParadeGrotesque My day job today was some committee vaguely designing things, plus me yolo'ing a data format and a demo instantiation. Now all I need is a small Go program and the project is as good as done.
Mine is more: "I know! Let's pick the 6 biggest companies in that field, put everyone in the same room for 6 months for countless meetings and whatever comes out will be the perfect solution to all our problems!".
Because, of course.
And I am the one in charge of designing the IT side of things, along with 20+ other people. 😑
