@joeinwynnewood Stories about bills being introduced are garbage stories. Stories about bills going to the Floor are worthwhile. This is something that Capitol Hill reporters just do not understand, and it’s why press secretaries continually plant these kinds of stories (I did it myself for six years in the Senate). A story like this is equivalent to a story where the Congressman says something in passing, or in a speech. It is 100% aspirational and 0% news.
