NaraMoore, 1 month ago @yon Leftover rice, make an omelet use the rice as filling. Put katsup or curry on it. I prefer curry which is where the work would be. I would have had to make fresh rice which also takes time. It's not a hard dish. If I make rice fresh I cook it with some cut-up peppers, shitake mushrooms, and komba.
