WTL, Friday: 121 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of yoga for runners, 31 minutes of Strength training, followed by 6.6 km of #running (0°C), picked up groceries, and walked home.
I tried dialingmy running back this week, and I think I have to try and take next week off completely and possibly book an appointment with my doctor to see what she thinks is going on.
