A Mike Nichols classic. And for 1967, it was impacting. Iconic. And, if you were a young man dreaming of being seduced by a pretty older woman, it was a favorite. Yeah, Anne Bancroft, to this day if I hear a similar voice it gets a head turn.

nat king cole, l-o-v-e, used in the 1998 version of parent trap (you know, the one introducing lindsay lohan)
the song is used in nearly its entirety over the opening credits and establishing scenes, with just one cut in the middle and very minimal overlaid dialogue. three solid minutes of nat. #MastodonMusic
“How Little We Know” sung by Lauren Bacall and accompanied by Hoagy Carmichael in the movie “To Have and Have Not”… ohhh, to have been Bogart and to be with Bacall. One of my favorite all time movies, of course it includes fighting nazis and nazi sympathizers on Martinique (French).
Multiple great scenes and lines make it for me, Bacall so cool just needed to look, simply stand there, and she sizzles, for me. When she does little dance wiggle at the end, oh my.
