I do not envy Americans, having to choose between a wannabe dictator, and... i cannot think how to describe him, a man who has no conscience over being a direct enabler of the killing of 10s of thousands of people, providing the funding, the political support, and the weapons.
How does someone sleep at night knowing they could have stopped so many deaths, but made the choice not to.
Yes, how do they sleep? Likely psychopaths such as Netanyahu have no qualms. Biden? No idea really. I still doubt his mental capacities are up to the job.
I hate to burst your good intentions bubble, but loading responsibility to a "person" instead of the state committing the crimes, the states that support the state that commits the crimes, or the corporations that profit from such crime, is lacking political content.

But warrants for the Israelis would highlight that the US is also guilty of war crimes.
A major reason for western-power attacks on international law is that they've committed war crimes in the past (and currently) and want to avoid the embarrassment.
@DrALJONES No American dropped white phosphorous bombs on civilians. The US would look bad for supporting a blood thirsty maniac again, but they already very obviously look bad in America, the only place that counts
