I guess where I land is I hope these protesters embarrass the shit out of the administration, which has handled things truly in league with the very worst of the campus administrations' responses; and also good on the protesters for getting NYT to go against its style guide and accidentally publish the word "genocide"?

@CedarTea Thanks. Yeah. A postdoc on here said even if fac are disorganized, disagreeable, and largely cowardly (which we certainly are), standing btwn students and admin is something we can try to do
