dopey_kun, 22 days ago @chikorita157 I'm pretty sure we're in the lower end of education costs in Asia. Probably why we have so many international students here. I guess the real bottleneck here (for locals) is the living expenses. Free education doesn't do you much good if you can't afford rent.
