My favourite part was when stern prosecutors had to read aloud NAUGHTY WORDS said by the defendant. Best was the racially aggravated public order offence committed against a woman police constable, apparently a Black man said to her, “I bet you’ve got a pink pussy.” This was read out with great solemnity, but I couldn’t have been the only one having a little internal chortle
