Musk hasn’t figured out that he’s toxic and why consumers are voting with their wallets. Tesla forums and subreddits ful of customer stories/complaints and mentions of switching to another brand or going to hybrid vehicles.

Musk has some mental health issues (not his fault) that will stop him from realising he is the problem.
It will be up to the Boards to move him out of the way.
