@djsundog I read that a lot of these in USA were on default passwords (as were the digital road signs). Unfortunately here in Britain getting near one of these things (particularly the road signs) means being very close to live traffic and is thus unsafe for a prank - even trained roadside workers get hassled or even hurt doing their normal jobs but there may be a bit more free space to work in in America..
