To add to the hypocrisy: if a trans person isn’t mentally “fit” they can’t get an orchiectomy or HRT, but if a CIS man is mentally fucked up enough to be a rapist they force them to have them.
So: CIS people can have them if they want them AND if they don’t AND if they’re mentally stable OR mentally fucked.
We can only have them of we adhere to gender norms for a year and have two people say we’re trans enough and mentally stable
