So intersections are still 4-way stops as electric crews work through Tornado damaged areas.
Unfortunately drivers have lost their minds and refuse to obey he 4-way stop rules... with 8, 10, or more cars rolling through in one location... before any of the other 3 locations can participate in the 4-way cycle.
