I refuse to believe that Schulranzen (schoolkid satchels) being all priced 219 EUR and above isn't the result of price fixing.
Whatever materials they use (and they're not fancy because I've seen models weighing 1.5Kg) there is clearly no competition, for an item that's close to mandatory for all schoolchildren.
