i went out to the darkest area i can manage to get to in hopes of seeing aurora. saw some clouds coloured by light pollution and some interesting shades of blue amongst other clouds and i have a headache because my ears got too cold (10 C stupid ears)
@sheepchase it had been high summer during the day (ie it got up to 18 C) and i was ok enough in a short summer dress with a sweatshirt over it. except for my ears. had to put a hat on to warm them up when i got home.
