the law is very similar to FARA and would allow them to better understand Russian influence there. but it would also allow them to better understand US/EU influence, which is why Western media outlets want to promote these protests. the people in all these countries want to be independent and play the two sides of each other. obviously the US/EU don't want that. recall Victoria Nuland's leaked call from Ukraine in 2014. this is just another #uspol coup effort.
