@jon The four big cities in NL each have central stations that are larger than Berlin Hauptbahnhof. It is what you get in a sparsely populated city-state.
@Marrekoo@koen Netherlands is the best at turning old stations into something functional today. I always appreciate it (and not just these two you mention)
@jon Crucially, Frankfurt Hbf also has a foot tunnel that lets you change platforms at about the middle of the platform -- quite unlike Munich, where the key feature is that you get to see your connection train depart while you sprint down your arrival platform.
