It's terrible when you realize the death rate from COVID was worse in the US than basically the entire developed world due directly to #Trump being incompetent.
They also successfully killed a huge swath of their voters by turning masks and vaccines into a political issue.
Not to mention the number if eggs, now considered a 'fetus" they kill letting women die of a easily remedied ectopic pregnancy.
If each egg = 1 life then for every woman that dies or is rendered sterile from pregnancy complications the GOP has effectively "aborted" 1 - 2 million fetuses....
