@eniko@larsmb Sounds more like a business policy or parental control or such. Seriously, anyone with some time can get into Desktop Linux, there are lots of low-threshold books, magazines, even YouTube channels and when you don’t want to ask in the interwebs for help, there are Linux groups in bigger cities. The only real factor is free time.
