@greymatter it's a weird lil fediverse tradition, i think asking "wtf is monsterdon" is the most standard way ppl find themselves joining it lol. @Taweret is the host, so I just search for her posts around 6PM pacific every sunday to see what's good :)

yes they certainly do, tonight's movie was arguably a zombie movie despite "vampires" being in the name, which is true of a surprising amount of monsterdon movies
