I think that would be a blackboard bold X for math.

Personally, I prefer German styling where one does not use boldfaces and funky arrows in mathematics. One of my texts in numerical analysis was a translation from German and used German styling and I got used to it.

But some authors use blackboard bolds and so there are Unicode codepoints for it, waiting to make a fool of Some Lunk!
