I love that they understood the circle in the @ but not the angry cat being a reference to wild cat strikes (informal and off the cuff striking, sabotage may be a part, but it’s mostly used these days when your union is in bed with the bosses)
I don’t see any inaccuracies in this, and it isn’t really necessarily showing these in a negative light. It is just a factual infograghic used to quickly identify symbols in leftist spaces.
OP is trying to imply the the FBI thinks these symbols automatically mean terrorism, which is not what they’re saying. This is just an identification guide for symbols. Both the far left and the far right have terrorists. The right has an awful lot more at this moment in time, but the FBI can investigate more than one organization simultaneously.
i mean absolutely no personal disrespect to any of you, but I find myself genuinely coming away with the opinion that this might be the laziest community I have ever been responsible for helping build.

The 3 arrows description is inaccurate. It’s an anti-fascist pro-democracy symbol which (unless I’m mistaken) originated in the Weimar Republic. The arrows originally were against “the 3 enemies of democracy” which at the time were the Nazis, Monarchists, and “Communists” (what we today would call tankies). The current meaning of the targets of the arrows are different, but the arrows themselves don’t usually represent anything other than opposition to the named or implied groups. It was originally used by the Iron Front, which was the militant wing of the SPD, and was comprised of Union Workers, Social Democrats, and all stripes of Democratic Socialists. Today, it is occasionally used by Anarchists, but is also used by individuals as far right as anti-fascist progressive liberals.
